I can't seem to get any help. How can they sell a product with no support leaving it up to just people supporting people. That's BS man. How do I get support? How do I hook this thing up? Is there phone number? I've tried a phone number, didn't work. That's a lot of money to spend to have no one help you through setting it up. The directions don't make any sense

There is not a phone number anymore but you can contact support via chat on our website and by starting a ticket on our websites, contact our support department through the chat bubble at the bottom right of our website on this linkhttps://derivepower.freshdesk.com/support/home, or you can also open a ticket there if it is after hours!
