Just received my SCTX4 from FedEx and I hooked it up and It says unsupported vehicle my vehicle is a 2008 Ford Taurus SEL the website said it was compatible but no pressure loaded tunes any help would be greatly appreciated I am very new to tuner's thanks

If your vehicle is supported and you are having this issue your vehicle is likely already tuned. If you have this issue on a supported vehicle reach out to tech support directly to troubleshoot. Contact our support department through the chat bubble at the bottom right of our website, or open up a ticket via the support portal on our website (https://derivepower.freshdesk.com/support/home)

There is not preloaded tunes for that vehicle, you would need to purchase a custom tune through a c
ustom tune dealer if you want to tune that vehicle.
