my sct x4 isnt updating

hey i just spent the 250 dollars to unlock my x4 after hours of updating and now the updator isnt unlocking it. i really need some help as soon as possible. i purchased the unlock expecting a code to pop up or be emailed but that hasnt happened so i guess it has to be approved and created manually by an employee? its currectly sunday and maybe they only work on weekdays. i wouldnt know becuase i cant find a phone number anywhere. thank you!

the only number i could find to call was the derive office in florida and the bot asked me about my fleet. so ill probably call again and try to get through to a rep or find out someone who works there and try to call them directly. what a pain.
