I am trying to update my X4. When I plug it in to my computer the device turns on and says it needs updating. When I attempt to look for updates I get an error that says "please be sure your device is connected". I do not have the original USB cable. Does it have to be the original to update? If so, where could I get a replacement? Thank you

many micro usb cords transfer power only, be sure it is a data transfer cable. just get a decent one, not a cheapie.
