I have a 2005 Mazda tribute that I am building up as a quick fun daily. The motor that is currently in it is a 2.3l duratec with a 5 speed manual transmission. That same year ford focus comes with the same exact motor and trans (if you get the manual) and it seems the ecu’s are identical as well. My question is would a sct x4 for a 05 focus work on my 05 tribute since they’re both identical when it comes to the ecu and wiring harness? Wouldn’t the x4 recognize my car pretty much as a 05 focus and allow my to tune for the turbo and supporting mods? Look forward to a legit response bc this is the last thing holding me from everything being taken care of!

Unfortunately we do not support any Mazda vehicles.
