i updated divice 6 months prior, it told me that update was availible. it updated. one day i started truck to see red screen saying its in "bootloader mode" how do i get it out of this mode???

Would indicate the update failed, you need to update again at the device updater on a windows pc. If that does not clear the error you will need to reach out to tech support via chat or make a ticket from our website!
