I am pretty certain that the power steering is a mechanical part so you cannot adjust it via tuning unfortunately.

I have been in contact with Marty Ochs of Mo's speed shop South. I'm pretty sure I will be happy with his tuning package but I am going to be out of pocket a stupid amount to get the car where I want it to be.

Is it possible to adjust the feel on the power steering? I have major shoulder issues and I'm hoping to turn it up a bit. It is nice to have a strong positive feel but it takes a bit of effort that puts me in some pain.

Shows we do support that vehicle with custom tuning only so you would be able to tune it but would need to have a custom tune dealer make tunes for you!

Depending on the year yes the Grand Marquis is supported on the custom tuning side, but not preloads on many of them.
