device has been unmarried from truck and prior tune was taken off. still get a code 110BE (unable to unlock vehicle) when trying to upload new tune to truck.

What device are you using, and what vehicle did you take it out of as well as what vehicle is it going into? Are you using a custom tune or a preloaded tune?
