I Loaded a DLX onto my Device and I Get an Error Code when I Select that Configuration

  1. If the file was just loaded to the device, unplug, and power cycle the device.
  2. If the problem persists the DLX file may be corrupt 
    • Create a new DLX file with Livelink
    • Reload the file to the device and power cycle the device
    • Set up your configuration
      If the problem still persists then we will need to further troubleshoot the issue, please contact our Technical Support Team with your device, vehicle, and a PC computer present.
