If the Bluetooth connection is poor, the app can't read the device part number and you get this error. Usually resetting the Bluetooth resolves it
to perform a Bluetooth Reset do the following:
1. Plug the device in and turn the key on.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on the phone and close all running apps.
3. Forget the iTSX device in Bluetooth settings.
4. Press the reset button on the iTSX.
5. Turn on Bluetooth and re-pair the device to the iTSX.

If you are still having issues, we may need to manually load firmware to the device. If that is the case you will need to contact our Tech support with the device and a Windows PC.
