American Muscle identified this tuner for my car and suppose to have 2 custom tunes installed already. After receiving today, I followed instructions to update which I did and when I plug into car it says no custom tunes for this?????? Please help

If there are no custom tunes you will contact the custom tune dealer to have those sent to you, we would not have the custom tunes as those are made by the tune dealers and not by us.
