I was given an X3 and want to get it unlocked. What do I need to do?

Would need to connect to the vehicle it is locked to, and then return to stock. If that is not possible those are discontinued and cannot be unlocked so best option I could offer would be for you to contact support and we could have you send it in as a trade in on a new device for 30% off the price listed on our website.
