My X4 device just up and stopped working weeks ago. I was instructed to mail it back (paid shipping across the United) then I was prompted for a 200 buck repair fee with zero excuse as to what was even wrong with the device. It would not communicate with the desktop but the OBDII hookup worked before being mailed off.
Now upon receiving it back (more shipping costs on my end) the OBDII end will not even power up. So how do I unmarry this entirely dead device from my car now SCT?
