How to Validate PIDS with Livelink GenII

With Livelink GenII open:

1. Select I want to datalog a vehicle
2. make sure your tuning device is plugged into the PC, and the vehicle
3. Start the engine when it tells you
4. select check Communication on LLG2
5. Then choose vehicle info in the lower right part of the LLG2 screen
6. If you have never validated Items on this vehicle before select Validate all items
7. then choose select items in the lower right of the screen
8. Once validation is complete it will pull up a list of all the PIDs and DMRs available for that vehicle
9. Select the items you want to datalog then select configure datalog
