Custom tunes are device (serial number) and vehicle-specific (single VIN), if the tune you have was not created for your device or your vehicle then you will be unable to load the tune to your device or vehicle.
*Never try to load an unknown tune from a used device that was not already on the vehicle or someone gave you that is not an authorized dealer. If you try to load a tune to your vehicle that was not specifically calibrated for your vehicle you may cause permanent damage to the ECU resulting in it having to be replaced at the cost of the consumer.*
