Just bought this Livewire TS+ for almost $650. Made sure it was updated, took it out, mounted it and ran the cable. Go to program the truck: error code 11020. Try vehicle info: error code 21301. Can’t update the firmware on my computer because I don’t have a firmware file. I would’ve thought you would be able to update through their program or their servers, but I guess that’s not an option. Not being able to talk to a real person for this much money is absolutely ridiculous. Submitted a ticket. Probably hear back in a day or two, if I’m lucky.
Anyone have any ideas on how to update the firmware or where to download the firmware file? Thanks for any help.
