The time frame for repairs is 7-10 business days from the time our returns team receives it. At times, it will be longer due to high volume or holiday closures. If you have an email on file, you will be notified of the device coming back to you when it is ready to ship.
Items usually ship with "Signature Required". FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 times before they return to the sender.
*Federal holidays that FedEx observes, as well as closures for our company during Holidays will delay shipments.
