What if I Ship my Device to Your Facility Without Setting up an RMA?

The device will be returned to the sender immediately. It is best to give us a call with the device, the vehicle, and access to a windows PC to further troubleshoot with one of our Technical Support Agents who will attempt to resolve your issue remotely and if needed, we will provide you with step by step instructions and an RMA ticket number.
