Cummins Unlock Freezing at 99%

If there is a battery charger connected to the vehicle, try disconnecting the charger and restart the installation process.

Any aftermarket electronics can cause the download to freeze at this point as well. Unplug any aftermarket devices and attempt the installation again.

2013-2017 Cummins no longer requires the Unlock cable when using the BDX, or GT products.

We have released a new firmware update that makes the use of an external unlock cable not required. If you are on an old version, you can update your device. Once up to date, the unlock cable will not be required or used at all.
