I have a 2005 F 350, 6.0. To try and make a long story short. My truck has run on the tow haul tune for several years now. It started running very badly this summer and was basically un drivable. It was pushing 25# of boost at 10 miles and hour with almost no throttle, and the turbo backing was profound. Took to a couple of diesel shops with no luck. Found a Ford dealer in the next town south that guaranteed he could figure it out. Un married the livewire. Re programmed everything back to the last ford issued software for the 6.0. The truck ran better than it ever had in the 10 years I've owned it. Re installed the Live Wire but did not install any tunes, just set up the gauge monitoring as I had before displaying 12 separate readings simultaneously. Three of those settings are Exhaust Back Pressure, Manifold Absolute Pressure, and Barometric Pressure. All three are set to read in PSI. The Manifold and Barometric pressure read at 13.99 with key on engine off which is what they should read. The exhaust Back Pressure reads at 21.48. This should not be. I took it back to the dealer. They connected truck to the scanners and showed that the Exhaust Back Pressure sensor is reading correctly and with key on engine off it shows 13.99 as the other two. Not sure what to do to fix this
