I have a tuner stuck in recovery mode. It’s a 40420.
I parted my truck out and I can’t return it to stock that way. Please help.

While we are open if you go to our website www.bullydog.com in the bottom right you will see a chat bubble, you click on that and select sales to chat with someone!

I no longer have possession of the ECU.
How can I get in touch with sales? I can’t get a reply from them through the “contact us” tab. I have tried multiple times now.

If the ecu is still connected in the truck you can still return to stock, or you would need to reach out to our sales department to have it unlocked.
