Would pull all recommended fuses, follow thru correct process and said install complete. Go to drive truck drive completely same and stock. Reached out to “live chat” which was no help lost contact with one agent and had to wait a weekend to reach next one who I dealt with for hours and supposedly sent my file to engineer and supposed to get back with me and never has. Now I go to uninstall tune to try and sell to someone else, so they can deal with it and it freezes. Always heard of bully dog growing up and wanted one, I’m highly disappointed.

We did!! Contacted customer service to open a ticket and was assigned to a tech named zach who was great. He emailed us new files to load on the sd card and then we ran the program on the truck and it worked perfectly, no issues at all.

Same thing with mine. Over 4 hours with tech support and zero progress. Now I have a $500 paper weight
