I downloaded the update then put sd card in the bully dog and it gave me error 0 why?

Error 0 means you are missing a file, if updating on the agent does not resolve the issue you will need to reach out to support to troubleshoot, we can be reached through starting a ticket at the top right of this page: https://derivepower.freshdesk.com/support/home or you can chat in during business hours, the chat bubble is on the bottom right side of our website!
