Having issues with new tuner connecting to vehicle spoke with American muscle about the issue. They thought that I should reach out to you guys to ask for your opinion when trying to recover vehicle information with the tuner I get error code.21301

this is a firmware issue and the device just needs to be updated! plug device into a usb port on computer connect to wifi and do a device update. If you cannot update you will have to call SCT tech support.

Low battery or don't use USB. Connect with larger cable.
