i got kicked out of the revised tune update and got an error code to connect to pc and my pc is windows 8 and it wont let me download the update installer. how do i get the app to download to a windows 8

man the unanswered posts on here is crazy. i sent my X4 in and now it is married to a vin I have no clue whos. then the update
