I recently completed swapping the 4r100 automatic transmission out of my 2003 f250 and replaced it with a Zf6 out of another truck. My truck has the 5.4l 2v and is 4x4 with a manual transfer case. I need to do a PCM reflash in order to clear codes as well as make the truck realize it’s a manual since it will occasionally stall the motor when coming to a stop and the clutch is pushed in. HP tuners does not support this set up so I am hoping to get some good feedback here. Thank you.
