The Lcd screen has fine lines going from Left to Right. This is the second time this unit has had this issue. First time it was replaced under warranty Now almost a year later the replacement has the same problem. Are there any known issues with the programing for the 99.5 yr. 7.3 diesel engines ?

You would return to stock if possible correct.

Having received my RMA # FD 114889 before I pack for return shipping, do I need to reset my vehicle back to stock or can I just pull the unit out and ship ?

This is not a known issue, that is very strange to have a screen issue that quickly but you will have to reach back out on your ticket and we would have to get it sent back in to be looked at unfortunately in that situation.
