Had for a year could never get it working keeps updating over and over can’t figure it out

Database error 20 typically means you are opening a code you do not have. If you are using a strategy or a swpn try using the catch code from directly off the ecu. If all give same error reach out to our support department through the chat bubble at the bottom right of our website, or open up a ticket via the support portal on our website (https://derivepower.freshdesk.com/support/home) and we can look into it deeper!

Mine is doing the same thing....support here sucks no live support and can't get anyone at any of the phone numbers.
