Canadian TD PP 40500

I understand that in the US, the EPA has made these old devices and their unlocking an issue of legality, and I could certainly get something much more environmentally challenging for a few bucks online, but as a Canadian, it is unfortunate that I can't unlock the device I have and like to use with a replacement ECM.  

I'm posting because this is a "community" forum and not expecting the staff to intervene, but also begging that should someone have a hack or a crack or whatever for these devices that have been discontinued that the derive team not censor the help...

 I'm hoping that someone has access to the "Canadian" Keygen so I can avoid another piece of E-Waste due to government over-reach.

The facts

  On a 20 year old truck, the 20 percent fuel economy improvement provided by the tune and cat delete (after they rusted out due to over-salting the roads) is better for the environment than the disgusting mess of toxins that goes into refining rare earth metals in order to choke the exhaust and power out of a cummins.  FFS I couldn't afford to roll coal on the local politician's office if I wanted to, thanks to green taxes and their commie do-gooder spending.

so, what I'm saying is who's a guy got to blow around here to get an unlock code for a sold in Canada, stayed in Canada 40500?
