Recently updated tuner. Loaded onto my 1999 f350 7.3 no issues but when I try and turn my gauges on will not allow me to configure the 99-03 gauge file. Error #120d3 any help?

For this error check in the device settings and confirm that demo mode is set to off. After that is confirmed I have attached a new config file to this message, you will load that to the device via the device updater program on a windows pc. If this does not correct the issue you will need to call in to support so we can troubleshoot more in depth for you!

Hi, I just received and set up on my 1999 F350 and had the same issue but went to the last option to select (sorry I don't remember exactly what that option was because it was earlier today and now dark and -13 degrees here in Alaska) but it was something about Canada or maybe CAN. I used that and got the gauges to show up; however, the question now is; should/could I use the attached config file or should/could I stay with what I currently have selected? Thanks

If you got it reading the chances are that you have it selected to the right option! No reason you cannot leave it on what you have selected.
