Why am I unable to at least set some parameters using my BDX tuner? I would like to at least reset my speed limiter, but I am unable due to the fact that the tuner says there are no preloaded tunes; the info on the web site said that there were pre-loaded basic street tune that would allow me to set my speed limiter as well as tune the stock parameters for fuel type, etc. Anyone have a clue?

That’s good. I haven’t heard back from them yet. I tried to get on to the cloud today and it said it wasn’t available. Hopefully they can get mine fixed.

Derive, the vendor I purchased my BDX from, contacted me today and issued me an apology; saying that they had issues on their side of the cloud. After that, I was able to connect to the cloud and upload the pre-tune allowing to me set my octane, speed limiter, and tire size...etc.

I’m having basically the same issue. No ecm tunes or tcm tunes.
