MY EQUIPMENT SCT SN: X4092415CF800, I STAYED WITH THE MESSAGE DEVICE COMM ERROR, I DID EVERYTHING YOU SAY BUT NOTHING HE REQUESTED UPDATES DOWNLOADED THEM BUT IN THE END IT DOESN'T RESTORE…. IN THE END HE TELLS ME THAT IF I CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND THAT IS WHAT HE DOES NOW. TRY EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE BASE.

I will attach a link for you to the troubleshooting on that issue for you! Unfortunately with this issue, if those steps do not work you will need to call/chat in with a windows pc to troubleshoot more in depth.
